Can I move the diffuser around?

Are the diffusers noisy?

How does The Lavura Club subscription work?
It’s simple. Choose your favourite oils, select how often you’d like refills (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), and we’ll deliver them to your door. You can update your scents, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Can I change my scents after I’ve subscribed?
Absolutely. Log in to your account and update your scent lineup before your next shipment.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. The Lavura Club is flexible — you can pause, skip, swap, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
What if I don’t need oils one month?
You’re in full control. You can pause your subscription and resume whenever it suits you — for example, if you’re travelling or stocked up.
Can I subscribe to multiple scents at once?
Yes. You can select up to 4 scents to rotate in your subscription. Many customers enjoy switching between different moods or styles throughout the month.
What if I’m not sure which scents to pick?
Start with a Discovery Set. Once you know your favourites, you can add them to your subscription and refine your lineup over time.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Changes take effect before your next scheduled shipment.
Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Just email us at support@lavurascent.com to begin the return process.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it — just send us photos and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know which item you’d like instead. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll send out the replacement.
(Exchanges must be unused and in original packaging.)
Can I return opened oils or used diffusers?
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened fragrance oils and used diffusers cannot be returned.
Unopened oils and unused diffusers may be returned within 30 days as long as they meet our return conditions.
